erasmus+, pon, alternanza scuola lavoro groups in ireland, uk and spain

Bringing a group of students abroad is a huge responsibility for any school or educational organisation: as exciting as it might appear at the outset, the reality is that organising and managing every aspect of an overseas group stay can be a pressurised and daunting experience. That’s where we can help!

Since the beginning of 2017, as part of European projects like Erasmus +, PON/POR, Alternanza and many others including Faculty- Led Programs for US students, we managed overseas travel programs for more than 1,000 students, giving them the best overseas travel and living experience possible.

As well as that, our experienced team has been providing young people with internships for more than 15 years. And why are we so successful? For two reasons:

1. Because we work as closely with the student as with the companies they’re placed with, we ensure the best experience for both parties

2. Because we manage all services (accommodation, meals, activities, internships, and a lot more besides), we always have complete control over quality and standards

What your EazyCity Group stay includes:

From the time you get in touch to ask for our assistance with your overseas trip, we will appoint a dedicated and highly-skilled counsellor who will help you to manage the logistics of your trip from the time you arrive until the time you leave.

Our service includes taking care of all of the following elements:

Ms Costanza Lopez
Business Development Manager

Ms Nicoletta Marchionne
Business Development Manager

And you know what’s most important of all? Because we‘ve been doing this for over 15 years, we’ve developed large networks of high-quality service providers, in cities all around the world; this means you can trust us to create the best group stays, organise interesting and unique cultural activities, and secure the best accommodation and meals packages: all at the best possible price.

Do you have special requests or see something that’s missing?
If so, get I touch and ask us to add it in!

Student and faculty accommodation

Because we have offices in Cork, Dublin, Galway, London and Valencia, we manage your accommodation requirements in these cities, by ourselves; this means that we can provide you with a tailored accommodation solution that meets your specific objectives in relation to budget and location.

But that’s not all: because we have been working with overseas accommodation providers – on behalf of large groups – in many countries around the world for over 15 years, our team can help you find the best choice of accommodation for your group, whatever your destination.

Language courses for people from abroad

As an experienced ‘live abroad’ agency, we’re aware that learning and improving new language skills is one of the main goals of Erasmus+ programs – and of mobility projects generally: that’s why we cooperate with the best schools and academies to offer the best choices for overseas language courses.

Discover the world of apprenticeships

All internships we offer are designed to help learners develop skills in areas such as language, communication, international teamwork, cultural diversity, as well as specific skills linked to the specific industry and role in which the intern is working:

  • Business & Administration
  • Catering & Hospitality
  • Communication & Media
  • Customer Service & Reception
  • Design & Fashion
  • Finance & Accountancy

Cultural and academic visits

Travel is not about learning in one specific area; it’s about learning by experiencing all aspects of life in a new country; with this in mind, we love to combine academic and culture activities to create a unique itinerary. For example, we organize visits to some important local companies, as well as local universities, to get a better insight and a different learning experience.

A mobility project represents a great opportunity for student groups – profiting from a scholarship and/or European financial support – to visit museums, monuments, and the many cultural landmarks of the country in which the internship is taking place.

Budget Management and mobility program coordination

Our experienced team of coordinators specialise in providing personalised solutions for each mobility programme.

However, to help you bring your project to fruition, you’ll need to provide us with certain information at the outset, so that we can build an action plan based on your available budget:

  • The number of students and their education levels
  • Your preferred destination
  • Your ideal mobility dates into the host company
  • Your accommodation/meals and transportation requirements when you arrive

The processing of paperwork

Any European student mobility programme (such as Erasmus+, Alternanza Scuola Lavoro, or Faculty Led Program), that’s financially supported by International institutions, involves a high level of bureaucracy which is time-consuming and – for those who are not used to such processes – and downright difficult.

Fortunately, however, because our experienced team knows precisely what documents are required at each stage of the process (internship agreement certificate and evaluation form, international insurance, residence permit etc.), we can complete and manage all related documentation on your behalf.

Contact us today for a personalised programme and let us manage the difficult documentation process, so that you can focus on the more exciting parts of your group travel experience!
